Into the new decade

Today we presented our results 2019. We are pleased to report record figures!

Last year the market conditions for the real estate sector were again very good. We were able to convince with our customer-oriented business model. Moreover, we have further developed our projects as well as completed some of them. In order to prepare us for the future in a holistic way, we organise innovation workshops to scan the topics and trends of tomorrow. In the report on this and in our Outlook 2020, we focus on the coming opportunities and challenges.

Record result 2019

In 2019, the operating income of Swiss Prime Site rose by 3.7% to CHF 1 258.8 million. Our property portfolio grew to CHF 11.8 billion and the vacancy rate fell to 4.7%. The profit achieved is CHF 608.5 million (+95.7%). Our shareholders benefit from the good result: the Board of Directors will propose a distribution of CHF 3.80 per registered share.
