Yesterday our virtual Capital Markets Day 2020 took place. We gave our investors and analysts a strategic and operational update. In Oftringen we achieved an attractive repositioning and in the canton of Geneva we are investing in the urban and sustainable future of an emerging business district. With our "Startup Accelerator Programme" and the group-wide organised innovation committee "Future Board", we have set up initiatives which aim to find new and industry-related business models and adapt them to Swiss Prime Site's properties and projects. Capital Markets Day 2020

At the Capital Markets Day 2020 we informed our investors and analysts about operational progress as well as strategic prospects and intentions. The management of Swiss Prime Site expects a positive development in both the real estate and services segments in the coming years.

From a shopping centre to a specialist store

At the end of 2018 we decided to redevelop the A1 shopping centre in Oftringen and transform it into an attractive specialist store. The centre, which was previously used by small-scale general goods retailers is now an open and modern meeting point to appeal DIY customers. Recently, the anchor tenant Bauhaus moved into its new space.

Start of construction work at Alto Pont-Rouge

The construction of our largest real estate project Alto Pont-Rouge in Geneva has started! By 2023, a modern and attractive commercial property with direct railway access, 15 upper floors and a floor space of approx. 28 000 m² will be realised in the Pont-Rouge development area.
