Promising perspectives
 

Today we presented our figures for the first half-year 2019. We are pleased with the good results. Moreover, we confirmed the targets set. While our numerous projects in development are moving according to plan, our tenants bring creative concepts into existing properties. Through trend analysis and research, we focus intensively on innovation and the related processes. The aim of Swiss Prime Site is to continue to set standards for the future. Good half-year results for 2019
We can look back on a successful first half-year of 2019. Operating income increased by 3.8% to CHF 607.7 million compared with the previous year. The value of our real estate portfolio grew by 2.4% to CHF 11.5 billion and the vacancy rate remained unchanged at a low 4.7%. For 2019 as a whole and in the medium term, we expect to achieve the targets set.

Alto Pont-Rouge
On a total area of 230 hectares, an urban centre with mixed use is being constructed on the Praille-Acacias-Vernets development area in Geneva. Our Alto Pont-Rouge real estate project is an important part of this urban development. With this property we create new space with innovative and flexible areas.

It’s there for everyone
Real estate, journalism and art. What unites these three things? The unlikely answer comes vividly to life in the Medienpark in Zurich Altstetten, which weaves these elements together in a sensory symbiosis. The building is not only the workplace of hundreds of journalists from the media company Ringier Axel Springer Switzerland, it also houses a wide-ranging selection of contemporary artworks.
